Sales Associate - Hong Kong

GuestReady is a startup in the sharing economy, building on the success of short-term rental companies. It’s mission is to take the hassle out of short term rentals, any operations that are related to turning over guests and optimize listings to incur a maximum yield for the host are handled by GuestReady. The company is co-founded by seasoned entrepreneurs (some former Ex-Rocket Internet executives) in Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities (non-concluding):
- Client relationship management
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve expected sale targets
- Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with hosts and real estate agents
- Educate potential customers to the benefits of GuestReady
- Identify and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Research and analyze sales options
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Identifying service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors


- Local citizen
- Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred
- Fluent in writing / speaking in English. Chinese is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities
- A people person, comfortable interacting with casual hosts and ultra high end professional alike
- Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
- Risk taker, outspoken and extroverted
- Detail oriented, strong focus on quality
- Ability to prioritize and structure problems
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities
